So, as it is the last day of the year for some reason I feel it appropriate to blog. I am still not used to this thing...kinda different if you ask me. Anyways as I am sitting here watching a four year old play wii bowling it has caused me to think of somethings that a person with a cup of brilliant coffee sitting in a coffee shop on a rainy day would sit in rememberance upon...oh if only. So here we shall embark on our epic adventure hold on ladies and gentlemen this will be fast and have crazy turns out and changes of direction that come out of nowhere...there are many climbs and there are a even a few gargantuan plunges so buckle your seat belts.
Starting out the year:
January 09--was an interesting month with me still trying to figure things out regarding the passing of my mother in the previous month. I made the journey from Nebraska to Iowa and from Iowa to Virginia. Somewhere in West Virginia though something happened and I thought that I would be meeting Jesus a little sooner than I had expected. But alas He has something better planned from me and saved me from that. Later that month for a beloved friends 20th birthday we rocked out at Chuck E. Cheeses!!!
The followin month granted me a visit from my sister for Valentines, another friends Birthday, and her engagement and the world or Lynchburg's love affair with Twilight at the dollar theater.
March was when wedding plans were going into full swing. Dresses were picked out and Spring break came and went like a flash.
April was the month of a quick Easter trip to Florida to see my sisters and interesting times with some of my friends.
May was random beach trip and going home for my sisters graduation.
June and July were spent at camp with a swine flu scare which caused my dad to come see me. An amazing birthday dinner and a wonderful all natural serenade from my most recently engaged friend. July also was epic road trips alone and with a stranger and someone who might as well have been.
August was the month of great change as one of my friends left the single sisterhood and embarked on the wonderful journey of marriage to a man who we couldn't be happier about, my return to school, and the adjustments that those events caused.
September to November really were uneventful there was some fights here and there boys came and some went... the autumn in Virginia this year was simply breathtaking and I hope there are more to come.
alas we come to December one of my friends became engaged and another a workaholic. This month has been spent with a lot of distance from my friends, but I love them and our friendship has remained nonetheless. I will be reunited with them soon.
I know that I promised these blogs wouldn't be long but hey once I get goin I just can't stop.
Stay tuned....

Oh let me just tell you
So, I love being random and so blogging should be the perfect fit for me. Honestly, I am venturing on this edevor because I created an account so that I could follow one of my best friends. She started a blog that is going to make her famous..."Sarah's thoughts...Literally" you should check it out. So, here goes the summation of my days activities.
This morning I was awaked by the scent of eggs and bacon and biscuits wafting downstairs. I arose to the sound of my dad towered over my sister hollering that breakfast was ready. (Breakfast is a VERY rare occurence in my home so this was quite a treat) I fumbled up the stairs to the emmaculate meal that awaited me. I devoured the meal in what seemed like five minutes, but was really five minutes. Before I knew it my step sister and her special friend had to leave although I was envious of their departure I bid them farewell. Shortly after I gathered my neice and loaded her into the grey behomoth of a vehicle that would take us to the destination where the childs mother and father were. After an adventure on snow and ice, we made it to the north land that was to be the exchange point for the child. Then upon my urging I was blessed with a triple grande pumpkin spice latte. This was the highlight of my break and will remain so until January 6th when I am reunited with the greatest people I have ever known. Okay so this blog got a little long and carried away they won't all be like this I promise, but stay tuned : )
